Gratitude Journal
It’s a proved fact that the written word is a powerful
statement. Take five minutes each day to
write down what you’re grateful for, even if you don’t have it in your life
yet. A Gratitude attitude will invoke
feelings that will help you manifested your dreams and appreciation for your
life. Start your day by being grateful
for a “New Day.” I am so grateful for
this new beautiful day. I am so grateful
for the love that surrounds me. I am so
grateful for the family and friends in my life.
My life is truly blessed. Today I
will be mindful of others. Today I will
speak from love.
Write what feels right for you. Use words that represent the present and not
someday or hope. Someday has no end and
hope implies a lack-of. Today is what we
are thankful for and today is the only day that matters. By being grateful for today, we bring a since
of presence into our walking, talking, and reacting. If we can be more present in our current day,
we bring appreciation into each moment.
Appreciation for each other, for nature, and for even doing the ordinary
daily tasks, to live the life we want, we need to appreciate the life we
have. By appreciation and gratitude we
attract appreciation and gratitude.
We are human beings and we’ll have days that end good and
days that end not so well, the key to remember is that we get to start over
tomorrow. Do not dwell on what does not
go well, it was in our life to teach us a lesson, be grateful for that lesson,
learn and move on. Each day is a new day
to begin again. Our lives are truly
blessed, my life is truly blessed and I am so grateful for you.
Writing in my journal is like breathing air.
It truly has changed my life and changed how I look at life. I am so grateful that someone shared this
with me. It truly is a magical way to
create a beautiful life. You are a very
special person and I wish you’re every dream come true.
Love Deb
