We have been friends since the fourth grade; the best of buddies growing up and experiencing life's challenges. Remember those teenage years, thank God for girlfriends. After high school, we each went our separate way for twenty years. During those twenty years we raised families, experienced deaths, births, illnesses and many friends that came and went from our lives. Our 20th high school reunion was coming up and we all felt the need to reconnect, our souls were crying out to find each other again.

That was six years ago… today we make it a priority to meet at least once a year for a few days. We may live far apart but we chat daily thanks to the wonderful world of internet and e-mail. We have helped each other grow; reconnect with our soul and to be on a spiritual path of peace.

Our soul purpose for creating this page is to share what we have found…peace from within. This world is so busy that our energy, our very essence is losing itself in all the chaos. We are happy with our lives and we want you to be happy also. This is our goal…this is what our Angels are guiding us to share with you.

Wouldn't you love to live a life of complete peace, harmony, and love? Would you like to know the secret of living a life with satisfaction? Would you like to feel that you hold the universe in your hands? You can, you can have all these things and more. You can feel what it's like to be ONE with the universe. We will share our experiences with you by keeping this page updated with inspirational messages, stories, and recommended books and exercises to do. All we ask is that you open your mind to the wonderful possibilities of you. We are meant to live a happy joyous life, but with all the distractions of today people forget how to just be happy. Our goal in life is to help you find that happy place again.

We have the Angels on our side and God guiding them. Right now, close your eyes, and breathe. Breathe a long deep breath and let it out slowly, breathe so deeply that your breath pulls on the tip of your toes, let it out slowly. This is not a race. Breathe, and when you exhale, you exhale all the toxins in your life, all the negative energy. When you inhale, you breathe in healthy air, healthy energy and peace. Put a smile on your face and when you are ready, open your eyes and continue.
